Campus Card Meal and Debit Accounts

Your campus card has the ability to hold funds in a debit account and/or meal account.

Meal Account

This account is available to Faculty, Staff and registered students.  All Freshmen and Sophomores are required to purchase a meal plan for which they are automatically billed for their meal plan each of the three quarters of the academic school year.  For convenience, Junior and Seniors may also register for a formal meal plan, or participate in the commuter meal plan.  At the end of each quarter, only $100 of the remaining balance left on the account rolls over to the next quarter and anything more than $100 is removed from the account.  At the end of the Spring Quarter, all accounts are reset to a $0 balance with no roll over.  For questions or guidance on meal plan usage, please contact Resident and Housing Life in Campion 100 or call 206-296-6305.

Faculty, staff, Murphy Apartment residents, and non-resident (Commuter) students may choose to enroll in a commuter meal plan as well, although the enrollment is voluntary and the monies are not automatically billed or deposited on a regular cycle.  The exception is for faculty and staff who enroll in the monthly payroll deduction program.

The monies in the Meal account can be used the purchase food in any of the Bon Appetit food service locations.

  • Bottom Line (Pigott Atrium)
  • Sidebar (Law School)
  • Cherry Street Market (Student Center)
  • The Cave (Campion basement)
