Deposit Funds to a Campus Card Account

There are a number of convenient ways to add money to your Meal and Debit accounts.  And students, your parents can add money as well!

VTS

There are two Value Transfer Station (VTS) machines on campus, located in the USB lobby and next to the west elevator on the 1st floor of the Student Center (enter from the door off of the patio).

VTS machines accept cash only and allow you to deposit money to either your meal or debit accounts.

You may also use the VTS machine to check your account balances.

Campus Card Office

Visit the Campus Card Office and deposit money to either of your campus card accounts with check or cash.

Student Financial Services

Visit SFS in the University Services Building to add funds to either campus card account with cash, check, credit or debit card, or as a bill to your student University Account.

Surplus Financial Aid awards

If you are expecting a refund each quarter after your tuition and fees have been paid, you now have the capability to transfer a partial amount of that refund to your Campus Card to allow you to use your Campus Card to purchase books and supplies in the Bookstore. In order to take advantage of this program, your financial aid needs to be finalized 30 days prior to the start of the quarter. Then you will be able to access these funds on the first day of classes for that quarter. Please see a Financial Counselor in the Student Financial Services office for more details and specific information.
