This article will walk you through connecting to SU_secure on Windows XP. Due to multiple WiFi networks existing at Seattle University, SU_Secure must be configured manually the first time.
In order to add SU_Secure network, click on Wireless Network Connections, select Change Advanced Settings, then select the Wireless Networks tab.
On this tab, select the Add button.

Now, you will need to configure the Wireless Network Properties.
Apply the following settings.
Network name (SSID): SU_secure
Network Authentication: WPA2
Data encryption: AES

Now you can click on the Authentication tab.
On the Authentication tab, you can now apply the following settings:
EAP type: Protected EAP (PEAP)
Now you can click on the Properties button.

You should now be on the Protected EAP properties tab.
1.) Uncheck box for the Validate server certificate.
2.) Also uncheck box for the Enable Fast Reconnect button.
3.) Now click on the Configure button.

If this is a Seattle University owned domain computer, please make sure that Automatically use my Windows logon name and password is checked. Otherwise, if it is a personal device, this option should not be checked.
Click OK.

If your system is not owned by Seattle University, then you will be prompted to enter a User name, Password, and Login domain the first time, and whenever you change your password. The Login domain is: SEATTLEU
