Clearing Entourage Cache (Able to send but not receive email)
Clearing Inbox Cache.
Symptoms: Users are able to send emails but not receive through Entourage 2008.
- Verify connection to your network by visiting the Seattle University homepage
- Right Click “Inbox” or Hold down the CTRL key + click mouse button
- Choose Folder Properties. As shown below

- In the Folder Properties: Inbox
- Click on “Empty” button.
- Click OK.
- This will clear your corrupt offline database and re-sync with the SU server. The re-sync may take some time. Please be patient.
