Seeing Your Advisor

Whether nor not you have to see your adviser each term is program, class level and academic progress specific. Check with your adviser to find out your department’s guidelines regarding advising restrictions. See the related article to determine your advisor's name and contact information.

To check whether you have an advising (or any other) restriction which will prevent you from registering:

  1. Access SU Online
  2. Select Access Student Menu
  3. Select Student Restrictions under “Registration” column on the left side of the screen.
